Great for water control
August 30, 2022
First purchased these bags a few years ago and filled them with pea gravel. We've used them around our shop when torrential rain floods the ground because our neighbors won't remedy the problem in their yard. Our yard slopes so we use them as berms and recently purchased more for a terracing project.
Pros
  • We can move them around the yard where and when needed. Also, we can fill them to the recommended max, or less, to fit areas easily. The green bags blend pretty good around grass and plants.

Holes in mesh are large

Strong bag but if you plan on moving bags around after you fill them , these are not the bags to use. The sand spills through the mesh very easily v

Merchant Response:Hi Bret, I hope you were able to call our office to exchange your DuraBags or get liners. We do attempt to explain in the description that these are a mesh fabric requiring pea gravel or larger fill, or liners for fine sand. We have several other sandbag options that are long lasting and do hold fine sand as well. Thank you for your order and review and I hope we can get you the right sandbags for your needs. Respectfully, Chris Haas President, Founder
