At any time contact us for an order-specific Certificate of Conformance. For the curious, Berry Compliance is a Federal regulation to give preference to domestically produced goods.
Saddle Sandbags are generally accurate to plus or minus (+/-) two ounces at twenty five pounds (at elevation 1,800) at the time of shipment. That is about 99.5% accurate. These weights can vary due to added moisture content, elevation and other factors. Using steel shot in place of sand will ensure longer-lasting accuracy. Our scales and systems are calibrated by an outside company at least every 3 months for quality assurance.
Yes. Our saddle sandbags have a strong stitch down the center of the bag to fully separate each pocket. Weight is evenly split between the two pockets.
