How It Works

Set the discharge timer and RapidFill delivers equal, repeatable dispenses of sand, gravel, and other coarse materials.  The modern control box is easy to adjust and displays essential production data:

• Discharge Time
• Vibration Control
• Pallet / Package Count
• Job Count
• Lifetime Production Count

During production RapidFill will sound an audible alarm as you complete each pallet, ensuring every bag is the same size and every pallet has the same number of bags.  Daily job count and lifetime production are also displayed.

Integrated Flow Control & Agitation System

Unlike basic gravity-fed machines, the RapidFill™ Bagger features an integrated flow control and agitation system that ensures smooth, uninterrupted material movement through the hopper and discharge assembly. Its oversized agitator is engineered to prevent bridging, packing, or clogging—common problems that hinder or stop production on other machines.  

This feature becomes especially critical during flooding or emergency response, when bagging operations often involve wet, heavy, or clumpy materials. While other baggers may require constant hopper prodding or manual material manipulation, RapidFill’s advanced agitation design keeps materials moving reliably—so your team can keep bagging without interruption.

Small Footprint, Easy Loading

RapidFill’s compact frame is field-friendly, and the hopper includes wing walls that guide material cleanly—so standard skid-steer and loader buckets (7 ft wide) can be used to load the hopper quickly with minimal spill.

Closing Table and Bagger Stand Add-On

For operations ready to seal bags in-line, the RapidFill™ Closing Table and Bagger Stand Add-On transforms the standard RapidFill into a compact semi-automatic bagging line. The kit includes a height-extension leg set that raises the bagger by 18 inches, allowing the bag closing conveyor table to sit directly beneath the discharge spout. A bag rest plate supports each sandbag during fill; once full, the operator slides the bag a few inches left onto the continuous-running lower conveyor. A sewing-head operator then guides the bag through the closing station via a foot-pedal-activated sewing head with an auto thread cutter for a clean, professional seal. The synchronized lower belt and sewing head maintain matched feed rates—producing a sealed sandbag in roughly two seconds per bag. Adding this system increases overall production from about 750 to 1,000 bags per hour while keeping the workflow simple and ergonomic for a three-person team.

Supplies: We stock sandbag closing thread on 20 lb king spools, enabling approximately 10,000 bag closures per spool under typical stitch settings—minimizing changeovers and keeping your line running.

If you encounter any issue that our 24/7 customer support cannot resolve remotely, we’ll arrange shipment of your bagger back to our Las Vegas factory and perform all necessary repairs at no cost to you. Note: the warranty does not cover loss of production during repair.
